Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Loan Backend Executive to manage loan files and coordinate with customers, Sales Teams, Banks, NBFCs and Credit Teams.

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📂 Process loan cases received from the Sales Team.

📑 Verify KYC, Income Proof, Bank Statements, ITR, Salary Slips & other documents.

📞 Coordinate with customers for pending documents & information.

🏦 Coordinate with Banks/NBFCs, Credit & Sales Teams.

📊 Track cases from Login → Sanction → Disbursement.

💻 Maintain accurate customer & loan data in CRM/Excel.

👤 REQUIREMENTS

✨ Good communication & coordination skills

✨ Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge

✨ Strong follow-up & attention to detail

✨ Ability to manage multiple cases

✨ Loan/Banking/NBFC experience preferred
