Real Estate Sales Manager

NOTE: This is a Delhi-based Job. You have to sale prefabricated Modular Homes. Candidate will be responsible to mature lead and do the sale of our prefabricated modular homes independently. People with high ticket sales experience will be entertained. If you have real estate sales experience will be welcomes.

Wanted Sales Executive who can convert leads by calling customer and meeting in office for those want to close the lead. You will be responsible from calling to closing the lead from the customer who are filling the lead form from our website. You have to do calling from the home and send the report daily. Need to come office only when customer wants to close the deal. Our product are prefabricated modular house and container house. Our startup is new . Only when the client comes for meeting you have to come office. There is incentive of upto 50000 per month per lead closure.

You will be responsible from starting from lead calling to end of the closure independently. There is Target of minimum 1 closure for first three months.
