Riveredge Realtors is looking for motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic professionals to join our growing sales team.

1. Telecaller

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Fresher or Experienced

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
• Explain real estate projects, offers, and services to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

2. Sales Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2+ Years

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert real estate leads into customers.
• Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements.
• Explain projects, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.

3. Team Leader – Sales

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 2+ Years

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Assist team members in client handling and deal closure.
• Train new team members on sales processes and project knowledge.
• Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably real estate.
• Previous team-handling or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and deliver results under targets.

4. Senior Sales Manager

Salary: ₹50,000+ per month

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: Depends on experience and performance

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage sales teams to maximize conversions and revenue.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Handle key clients and high-value property transactions.
• Develop new business opportunities and sales channels.
• Coach and mentor sales managers and executives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Report sales performance and strategic updates to senior management.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-management skills.
