Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate business through Home Loan, LAP and Business Loan products.
- Guide team members on leads, customer handling and sales strategies.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups and team performance.
- Handle customer queries and support the team in closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, DSA/channel partners and financial institutions.
- Track cases from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and ensure target achievement.
- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.
- ✅ Requirements2–6 years of experience in loan sales/team handling.
- Good knowledge of Home Loan, LAP & Business Loan.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Ability to handle a team and drive business independently.
