Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Lead renewable energy consulting, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives with a focus on solar power generation. Manage end-to-end lifecycle of utility-scale and rooftop solar projects, from feasibility assessment to commissioning and operations. Conduct technical due diligence, solar resource assessment, energy yield analysis, and plant performance evaluations. Analyze solar plant KPIs, generation data, and operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities. Support development of solar power strategies, business cases, and investment assessments. Evaluate plant design, technology selection, equipment sizing, and grid interconnection requirements. Coordinate with utilities, regulators, EPC contractors, OEMs, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Business Administration

Experience

• Project Management (6+ years)
• Business Analysis (3+ years)
