About the Role
Join as a Team Leader and take charge of a sales team from day one — coaching, closing, and driving results. Real leadership, real targets, real earnings — not a desk job.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team to hit daily and weekly targets
- Join client meetings to support and close deals
- Track team performance and report numbers to management
- Train new joiners on objection handling and development
- Drive results and push the team to perform
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Graduation not required — we care about effort, not degrees
- Goal-driven — with or without experience, this role is for you
