Job Description
Job Role: Insurance Audit & Sales Expert
Main Responsibilities (Mukhya Zimmedariyan):
Calling & Guidance: Customers ko phone karke Health & Vehicle Insurance ke sath-sath New Dashcam (Vehicle Security Camera) aur School-related Services/Insurance ki poori information dena.
Audit-First Approach: Policy ke Hidden Clauses (chhipe hue rules) aur technical kamiyon ko samajhne mein customers ki help karna, taaki unhein best aur sahi guidance mile.
Lead Generation & Data Management: Naye leads generate karna aur unka sara data CRM ya Excel Sheet mein properly maintain karna, sath sath sales karna.
Objection Handling: Customers ke sawalon aur unki aapatiyon (objections) ko acche se handle aur solve karna.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Hindi aur Hinglish mein baat karne ki behtareen aur clear capability.
Experience: Insurance sector, automobile/dashcam, school sector, ya telecalling mein 6 mahine se 1 saal ka experience. (Agar aapka communication damdaar hai, toh Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain).
Basic Skills: Computer aur MS Excel ki basic knowledge.
Attitude: Naya sikhne ki ichha (willingness to learn) aur baat-chit mein confidence.
