Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage distribution channel sales across assigned territory (Mumbai region/ Maharashtra). 

 Drive business through DMT (Domestic Money Transfer), AEPS (Adhar Enabled Payment System), CMS (Cash Management Services), FI (Financial Inclusion), Bank BC (Business Correspondent), and Loan products.

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, channel partners, aggregators, and financial institutions. 

 On-board new partners and ensure proper training, activation, and performance monitoring. 

 Achieve sales and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution. 

 Lead and mentor sales teams to deliver high productivity and quality. 

 Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

  Identify market trends and new business opportunities in the region.
