Saturday: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

About the RoleEOCL India is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience to join our creative and digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, student-related content, and brand communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and marketing videos.
• Convert raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content.
• Add transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects, animations, and other visual elements.
• Create videos according to current social media trends and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with the Social Media, Graphic Design, and Marketing teams to develop creative content.
• Ensure videos maintain EOCL India's brand identity and visual standards.
• Handle multiple video projects and deliver them within deadlines.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely final delivery.
• Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and other video assets.
• Stay updated with the latest Reels, Shorts, editing techniques, and social media trends.
• Required Skills1–2 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound.
• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content formats.
• Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good time-management and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert concepts into engaging videos.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience and a strong portfolio/showreel are encouraged to apply.
• PreferredExperience creating education, lifestyle, promotional, or social-media content.
• Knowledge of basic motion graphics and animation.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
