Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a Ecommerce Warehouse Computer Operator to handle daily Orders printing , processing, google sheets handling and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process and manage e-commerce orders through backend systems.

* Generate and print shipping labels and manifests.

* Handle product packing and dispatch activities.

* Update and maintain stock/inventory records.

* Manage RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and update their status.

* Perform data entry and maintain daily operational records.

* Work on MS Excel and Google Sheets for order, stock, and dispatch updates.

* Coordinate with the warehouse and support team for smooth daily operations.

* Maintain accuracy in data entry, inventory, and dispatch activities.

Requirements:

* Good computer knowledge.

* Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

* Comfortable with data entry and backend computer work.

* Basic understanding of e-commerce order processing is preferred.

* Comfortable handling both computer work and packing activities.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.

* Previous experience in e-commerce, backend operations, computer operation, data entry, packing, inventory, or dispatch will be an added advantage.
