Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (UK Shift)

Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding our career-oriented programs.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Recommend suitable programs based on candidate profiles and career goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Conduct counselling sessions through calls, video meetings, and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments using a consultative sales approach.
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity updates in CRM.
- Coordinate with admissions and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or B2C Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to work in UK shift timings (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
