Job Description
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities – Indian Accounting
- Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, payment posting & customer reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding balances and prepare AR aging reports for overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and manage collection activities.
- Prepare GST-compliant invoices and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Reconcile customer accounts, bank transactions & TDS/GST records.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues & customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records as per Indian accounting standards & tax regulations.
- Assist with month-end closing and prepare AR reports for management.
