Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) 

Location: Sector 62, Noida 

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Experience Required: Freshers (MBA / Bachelor's graduates) 

Key Responsibilities 

●Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including 

LinkedIn, email outreach and professional networking. 

●Assist in preparing customized proposals and pitches for prospective clients. 

●Support the business development team in scheduling and coordinating client meetings. 

●Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements. 

●Coordinate with internal/technical teams to align client requirements with proposed 

solutions. 

●Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an updated business development pipeline. 

●Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads and client interactions in the CRM. 

●Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity and industry best practices. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

●Bachelor's degree or MBA (any specialization); freshers are welcome to apply. 

●Good verbal and written communication skills. 

●Strong interest in Business Development and Client Relationship Management. 

●Positive attitude, self-motivation and willingness to learn. 

●Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. 

●Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools. 

Preferred Qualifications 

●Prior internship experience in marketing or business development is an added advantage. 

●Exposure to CRM tools or lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork) is a plus.
