Job Description

Hiring: Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Noida Sector 132


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate and manage sales through client acquisition and relationship building.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends and project knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach.
  • Graduation/MBA preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
