Job Title: Customer Service Expert

Location: GGN (Work from Office)

Reports To: Team Lead

Contract: Full Time Employee

Travel Requirements: No

Job Summary/ Overview:

  • Decent English-speaking skills for CS, excellent English skills for sales
  • Voice process - Customer Service / Sales Process
  • No late evening or night shifts for Female employees – shift up to 8p.m.
  •  Male candidates need to be flexible with 24*7 environment
  • 9 hours shift with 1 week off (flexible)
