Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can support clients in setting up, launching, and scaling their digital presence through funnels, campaigns, and automation systems. This role blends marketing execution, tech setup, and client coordination.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless onboarding, campaign execution, and revenue-generating systems.

🚀 Key Responsibilities / KRAs

1. Client Onboarding & Support: Conduct small group onboarding sessions for new clients

• Ensure smooth setup of tools, platforms, and systems
• Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting and execution

2. Funnel & Automation Setup: Assist in AI-based autofunnel setup and optimisation

• Ensure funnel flow (lead capture → nurture → conversion) is working effectively
• Support integration of landing pages, forms, and automations

3. Paid Campaign Support: Assist in setup and monitoring of paid ads (Meta/Google)

• Coordinate creatives, copy, and targeting with marketing team
• Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements

4. Website & Landing Page Development: Create and manage landing pages and websites

• Design 3 front-page templates for branding consistency
• Ensure pages are optimised for conversions

5. Content & Social Media Execution: Create 30-day social media content plans/posts

• Support clients with branding and positioning through content
• Coordinate creatives, captions, and posting schedules

6. Post-Webinar Follow-Up Systems: Set up and manage follow-up sequences (email/WhatsApp)

• Ensure proper lead nurturing and conversion tracking
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures

7. Digital Asset Creation: Create e-books and lead magnets for clients

• Ensure alignment with client niche and funnel strategy

8. Tech Integrations: Handle payment gateway integrations

• Connect CRM, email tools, WhatsApp APIs, etc.
