About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute the company’s online marketing activities, generate leads, improve brand visibility, and support business growth through digital channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other digital content.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Generate and track leads through digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities.
• Manage website content and coordinate website updates.
• Prepare monthly reports on leads, engagement, reach, conversions, and advertising performance.
• Track competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up of digital leads.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for projects, properties, and company initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Good content-writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Canva and basic graphic/video editing tools.
• Ability to create engaging social media content.
• Strong understanding of digital lead generation.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate/property marketing will be an added advantage.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number and quality of leads generated.
• Cost per lead and campaign ROI.
• Social media growth and engagement.
• Website traffic and online enquiries.
• Conversion of digital leads into sales/site visits.
• Timely execution of marketing campaigns.
• Overall improvement in online brand visibility.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹65,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and performance.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, digitally savvy, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with hands-on experience in real estate digital marketing and lead generation will be preferred.
