E-Commerce Executive (D2C)

Job Title: Shopify Website Management ExecutiveWe are looking for a Shopify Website Management Executive/Ecommerce executive D2C who is active, quick to learn, responsible, and has good English communication skills. The candidate should have a good understanding of online store operations and be able to manage day-to-day Shopify website activities efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders on the Shopify website.
• Check order details and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle customer queries through email and chat in a professional and polite manner.
• Provide timely replies and assistance regarding orders, products, delivery, and other customer concerns.
• Upload product images and create/update product listings on Shopify.
• Update product titles, descriptions, prices, variants, inventory, and other product information when required.
• Maintain accurate and organized product listings on the website.
• Coordinate with the team regarding order-related or customer-related issues.
• Regularly check the website for any product, listing, or order-related errors.
• Perform other website management and e-commerce support tasks as assigned.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or experience managing an e-commerce website will be preferred.
• Must be fast, active, attentive, and responsible.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Comfortable handling customer emails and live chat.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete work within deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
