Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Worker to support daily production operations. The successful candidate will assist with manufacturing, assembly, packaging, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities : Operate basic machinery and production equipment safely.
  • Assemble, process, and package products according to company standards.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials and finished products.
  • Inspect products for quality and report defects or problems to the supervisor.
  • Follow production schedules, instructions, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Keep the work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Record production quantities and other required information.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
  • Follow company policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
