Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and achieving monthly hiring targets
- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening and interviews
- Build and maintain candidate pipeline
- Coordinate joining and onboarding
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Handle employee discipline and workplace issues
- Track employee performance and productivity
- Conduct regular HR follow-ups with team members
- Manage employee documentation and HR records
- Develop HR policies and basic processes
- Reduce employee attrition and improve retention
- Coordinate salary/payroll inputs with management
- Prepare regular HR reports for management
- Take ownership of the complete HR function
