Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive with 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation and LinkedIn prospecting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Research and identify decision-makers across target industries.

• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.

• Build and maintain prospect databases.

• Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for handover.

• Update CRM with accurate lead information.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B prospecting.

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Strong communication and research skills.

• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve lead generation goals.
