Process: Non-Voice – Email Process
Salary: Up to ₹19,000 + Shift Allowances
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational
Job Description:
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and communication through email.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
- Maintain professional and error-free written communication.
- Ensure proper resolution of customer concerns as per process guidelines.
- RequirementsGraduation is mandatory.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good command of English grammar and email writing.
- Prior experience in a relevant domain/process is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Up to ₹19,000 per month
