Job Title: Picker & Packer – Warehouse (Blinkit)

Department: Warehouse / Logistics Operations
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹14,500/month + PF + ESIC
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
Job DescriptionBlinkit is hiring Picker & Packer associates for its dark stores/warehouses in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. The role involves accurately picking customer orders from the warehouse and packing them safely and efficiently to ensure fast, error-free dispatch.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick items from designated racks/shelves as per the order list or handheld scanner
- Verify item quantity, quality, and expiry before packing
- Pack products securely following standard packaging guidelines
- Label and sort packed orders for dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking/packing area
- Report damaged, missing, or expired stock to the shift supervisor
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Follow all safety and SOP guidelines within the warehouse
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Minimum 10th Pass (below 10th may also apply for certain roles)
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–2 years warehouse/retail experience preferred
- Gender: Male/Female both can apply
- Required DocumentsAadhar Card
- PAN Card
- Bank Account details (for salary credit)
- Passport-size photo
- Skills RequiredBasic numeracy (for order/quantity checks)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
