Property Acquisition / Real Estate Expansion Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Female Real Estate Professional with 5–7 years of experience to identify and finalize suitable properties for our new office , Franchises locations across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt and identify suitable commercial properties across India.

• Conduct market research for new office, franchise locations.

• Shortlist properties based on location, connectivity, budget, size, and business requirements.

• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate consultants.

• Coodinate for  property visits and negotiate rent, lease terms, deposits, and other commercial terms.

• Compare multiple property options and prepare recommendations for management.

• Handle documentation and coordinate with legal/admin teams for lease agreements.

• Maintain a database of shortlisted properties and market rates.

Requirements

• 5–7years of relevant Real Estate / Property Acquisition / Commercial Leasing experience.

• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to independently search, evaluate, and finalize properties.

• Female candidates preferred.
