About the Role FourFold Legal is looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) with experience in the service industry, BPO, customer service, operations, or banking/financial services.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality of calls, client interactions, processes, documentation, and overall service delivery. The role requires someone who can identify gaps, provide constructive feedback, and help the team improve its overall quality and performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and evaluate calls, client interactions, emails, and day-to-day processes.
• Conduct regular quality checks and maintain QA scorecards.
• Identify errors, process gaps, and areas of improvement.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure employees follow defined SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
• Review client feedback and identify recurring issues.
• Prepare basic QA reports, MIS, and performance reports.
• Work with the Operations and Management teams to improve service quality.
• Conduct regular quality audits and maintain proper records.
• Identify the root cause of repeated errors and suggest improvements.
• Escalate major quality issues to the reporting manager.
• Support the team in maintaining a high standard of customer/client service.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Candidates with good QA experience in the service industry will also be considered.

• Eligibility & SkillsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in Quality Analyst / Quality Executive / Process Quality / Customer Service Quality roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to identify mistakes and process gaps.
• Ability to give professional and constructive feedback.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable preparing basic reports and maintaining QA records.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with different teams.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a practical and detail-oriented QA professional who can independently monitor quality, understand client feedback, identify issues, and work with the team to improve overall service quality.

Experience in BPO, customer service, banking, NBFC, financial services, or any service-oriented industry will be considered.
