Job Description
The primary goal of a real estate sales representative is to drive revenue by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property transactions. [1]
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Find new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Client Consultations: Meet with buyers or sellers to understand their budget, location preferences, and property requirements.
- Property Showings: Schedule and lead client site visits, present project features, and explain pricing and benefits.
- Negotiation & Closing: Mediate discussions between buyers and sellers to reach fair terms and finalize deals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on local market conditions, competitor projects, and pricing trends.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status updates in the company CRM database. [1, 2, 3, 4]
