Job Role

We are hiring in HEAVEN HOMES MARKETING SOLUTIONS (P) LTD. for the Business Development Executive who can for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting them into clients. The role focuses on sales, client communication, and supporting revenue growth.

Only Real Estate Experience

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential clients via phone calls and explain the company’s properties and services.

Educate clients about how they can invest into a good property, its benefits, and how their discission can help them in future.

Build and maintain relationships with clients for future sales opportunities.

Achieve the monthly sales target (minimum 1 client per month) and contribute to revenue growth.

Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies.

Salary & Benefits:

·      Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Depending on Interview)

·      Incentives: Attractive incentive structure and bones

·      Salary Date: 10th to 15th of every month

·      Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Extendable as per work requirements)

·      Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Weekly off on Tuesday, as per market)
