Job Description
Hiring: Real Estate Sales Executive📍 Location: Noida Sector 153
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
💼 Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Real Estate Sales
- Job Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert prospects into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
