Job Description

Admission Counsellor – UG/PG Counselling


Job Description:


  • Counsel students regarding UG and PG courses, admissions, eligibility, and career options.
  • Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals and suggest suitable programs.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and student queries related to admissions.
  • Explain course details, fee structure, admission process, and required documents.
  • Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
  • Maintain student records and update admission status in CRM/MIS.
  • Achieve assigned admission/enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with the academic/admission team for smooth student onboarding.
  • Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.


Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in education counselling/admissions preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with UG/PG counselling and admission processes.
  • Target-oriented and confident in handling students/parents.
