Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, channel partners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify potential real estate projects, investment opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closures.
  • Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sale relationship management.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business partners.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
