Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads through outbound calls, identifying potential clients, following up with prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
* Identify companies participating in exhibitions, events, and corporate activities.
* Understand client requirements and communicate Globex Infra’s services.
* Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
* Maintain and regularly update the lead database.
* Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
