About the Role

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and target-oriented Female Sales Telecaller to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining Cosma’s healthcare solutions, generating leads, and converting prospects into consultations or customers.

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about Cosma’s services.
• Explain healthcare/fertility services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into consultations/customers as per assigned targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales and healthcare teams for smooth customer handling.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and professional communication style.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Presentable, positive, and professional work personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/calling systems.
