Video Editor

We are looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, retention-focused Reels, Shorts and social media videos.

• What You'll DoEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & short-form videos.
• Create engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, transitions and storytelling.
• Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, B-roll and music wherever required.
• Edit talking-head, educational, personal-brand and brand-content videos.
• Understand the difference between a basic edit and a high-retention social media edit.
• Follow references, trends and creative directions provided by the content team.
• Maintain consistent quality across multiple client accounts.
• Handle revisions professionally and deliver within deadlines.
• Organize project files, footage and final exports properly.

Skills We’re Looking For Must Have:

• Strong command of Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / AFTER EFFECT
• Good understanding of Instagram & YouTube content.
• Strong sense of pacing and storytelling.
• Knowledge of subtitles, sound design, B-roll and basic motion graphics.
• Ability to work with deadlines.
• Attention to detail.

Bonus:.

• Experience editing personal-brand content.
• Experience with premium brand videos.
• Understanding of viral/retention-based editing.
• Basic knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.

“How can I make someone stop scrolling and watch this till the end?”

You should be comfortable taking creative responsibility instead of waiting for every small instruction.
