ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picking & Packing Executive to join our Pharmacy Operations team in Noida. This is a hands-on warehouse role where accuracy and speed both matter. You will be responsible for picking pharmaceutical products as per order slips, packing them correctly for dispatch, managing inventory, and ensuring every shipment goes out with zero errors. In pharma — getting it right every single time is non-negotiable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Pick pharmaceutical products accurately from warehouse shelves as per order slips and invoices.

• Pack medicines safely — verify correct labeling, batch number, and expiry date before every dispatch.

• Cross-check orders before handing over to logistics to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the warehouse as per pharma compliance standards.

• Assist in stock arrangement, shelving, and daily inventory management.

• Report damaged, missing, near-expiry, or expired stock to the supervisor immediately.

• Follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and company SOPs at all times.

• Assist in daily and weekly stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

• Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch team for timely order fulfilment.

• Maintain basic records of picked and packed orders as required.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 10th pass — 12th pass preferred. B.Pharm or D.Pharm is an added advantage.

• 0–2 years of experience in pharma warehouse, picking & packing, or logistics. Freshers welcome.

• Basic knowledge of medicine names, batch numbers, and expiry date identification.

• Physically fit — this role involves standing, lifting, and moving for extended periods.

• High attention to detail — accuracy when handling medicines is absolutely critical.

• Ability to read order slips, basic Hindi and English labels.

• Honest, punctual, and dependable — reliability is as important as skill in this role.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and following strict SOPs.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Prior experience in a pharma warehouse, medical supply chain, or FMCG distribution.

• Knowledge of GDP / GMP warehouse standards and pharma compliance. • Familiarity with basic inventory management or barcode scanning systems.

• Experience handling controlled or temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.

• Salary: ■16,500 – ■17,000 per month — paid on time, every month.
