Job Description

Position: Community Manager

Experience: 1–5 Years | Location: Panchkula (Hybrid) / Remote


We're looking for a passionate Community Manager to build and grow a startup-focused professional community. You'll foster engagement, organize networking initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and create a thriving ecosystem for entrepreneurs, founders, freelancers, and business professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

● Grow and manage online communities (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)

● Drive member engagement through discussions, events, and networking activities

● Build partnerships with startups, mentors, incubators, and ecosystem partners

● Plan webinars, workshops, and community initiatives

● Track community growth, engagement, and member feedback


Requirements:

● 1–5 years of experience in Community Management, Partnerships, or Marketing

● Excellent communication and networking skills

● Experience managing professional online communities

● Female candidates are preferred.
