Job Description
Field Sales Executive (Panaji, Goa)
- Job Title: Field Sales Executive – CCTV & Surveillance Industry
- Location: Panaji (Covering Goa Region)
- Experience Required: 1–2 years in CCTV & Surveillance industry (Mandatory)
- Job Type: Full-time | On-field
Key Responsibilities:
- Target and onboard new dealers, system integrators, and commercial clients across Panaji and Goa.
- Conduct regular field visits, showcase security hardware products, and meet sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and build long-term trade relations with local integrators.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional product demand.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in CCTV, surveillance hardware, or networking products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local travel across Goa.
- Solid knowledge of the Goa commercial and retail trade market.
Compensation: Competitive Fixed Salary + Sales Incentives + Travel Allowance
