Responsibilities
- Oversee the work of construction workers and subcontractors
- Manage and instruct site workers
- Set schedules and monitor performance
- Conduct site inspections and address hazards
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
- Coordinate and execute projects
- Manage escalations on site
- Ensure efficient on-site measurements and installations
Skills and qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of materials, working techniques, and the interdependencies of activities in the interior design field
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or another related field
