About the Role

Kalash Jewellers is looking for a smart, confident, well-groomed and friendly Customer Experience Executive who can ensure that every customer visiting our showroom feels welcomed, comfortable and important.

This is not a jewellery sales position and not a typical receptionist job.

Your main responsibility will be to take care of customers from the moment they enter the showroom, understand their requirements and ensure they receive a premium customer experience.

Freshers are welcome. We will provide complete training about jewellery, showroom operations and our customer service standards.

• Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome every customer entering the showroom.
• Speak politely and professionally with customers.
• Understand what type of jewellery or service the customer is looking for.
• Register customer details in the showroom software/CRM.
• Guide customers to the correct jewellery section.
• Introduce and hand over customers to the appropriate sales executive.
• Make sure no customer is left unattended.
• Assist customers when all sales executives are busy.
• Arrange comfortable seating for waiting customers.
• Offer customers water, tea or coffee.
• Keep customers comfortable and engaged while they are waiting.
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer flow inside the showroom.
• Give additional attention to elderly customers, families and bridal customers.
• Check periodically whether customers need any assistance.
• Help customers during billing or other showroom processes when required.
• Politely collect customer feedback.
• Understand and record the reason if a customer leaves without purchasing.
• Thank every customer before they leave the showroom.
• Immediately inform the showroom manager about any customer complaint or concern.

• Fresher or having up to 1 year of experience
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
• Friendly, cheerful and naturally welcoming
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Good at communication
• Patient and polite
• Comfortable standing and interacting with customers throughout the day
• Able to use a computer/mobile-based software
• Quick learner
• Responsible and punctual
• Interested in working in a premium retail environment

Language Skills Candidate should be comfortable communicating in:

• Hindi
• Marathi
• English

Basic conversational English will be preferred.

Educational Qualification Minimum: 12th Pass

Graduates and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Hospitality, aviation, retail, customer service or hotel-management students/freshers are especially welcome, but prior experience is not compulsory.

What We Will Train You On You do not need prior jewellery knowledge.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should naturally be able to smile, greet a customer confidently and make them feel comfortable.

For us, personality, communication, warmth and willingness to learn are more important than previous experience.

Work Location Kalash Jewellers Kamothe, Navi Mumbai

Candidates living nearby in Kamothe, Khandeshwar, Kalamboli, Panvel, New Panvel, Kharghar, Roadpali, Taloja, Belapur, Nerul or nearby Navi Mumbai areas will be preferred.
