Job Title: Telecaller (Part-Time)

Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Part-time

Shifts Available:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working telecaller to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing accurate information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Address customer queries and provide relevant information
• Maintain records of calls and update customer databases
• Follow up on customer queries as needed
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
• Maintain a polite and patient demeanour during all interactions

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English as applicable)
• Prior experience in telecalling/customer service preferred but not mandatory
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Punctual, hard-working, and reliable
• Comfortable working the assigned shift timing

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a call centre or telesales environment
• Ability to handle high call volumes calmly
