Job Description

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales executives or agents to maximize productivity.

Target Achievement: Set individual and team sales quotas, monitor daily metrics, and drive deal closures.

Operations & Training: Oversee lead distribution, coordinate property site visits, and run regular product and skill training sessions.

Client Relations: Handle escalated client queries, assist with high-value negotiations, and maintain strong industry networks.

Reporting: Track key performance and report progress directly to senior management.
