Relationship Manager - Retail
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Bring in new retail customers through networking, referrals, and localized campaigns.
- Portfolio Deepening: Cross-sell and upsell products like credit cards, insurance, and personal or home loans.
- Customer Retention: Maintain regular contact with clients to address service needs and retain accounts.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for account queries, transaction requests, and complaint escalations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal credit, product, and operations teams to process applications smoothly.
