Job Description

EV scooter maintenance: Knowledge of electric scooter components, batteries, motors, and controllers.

Battery diagnostics: Ability to test, troubleshoot, and replace lithium-ion batteries safely.

Electrical wiring: Understanding of scooter wiring, fuses, and circuit troubleshooting.

Charging systems: Familiarity with charging ports, adapters, and demo setups.

Preventive servicing: Routine checks for brakes, tires, suspension, and software updates

Tool handling: Proficiency with hand tools, multimeters, and diagnostic kits.

Assembly & installation: Setting up new scooters, accessories, and showroom demo units.

Troubleshooting: Quick problem-solving for breakdowns or customer complaints

Customer interaction: Explaining technical issues in simple terms to buyers.Demo support: Assisting in test rides and showcasing scooter features.
