About the RoleWe are looking for a Female Influencer Marketing Executive (Fresher) who is confident, creative, and has excellent English communication skills. You will be responsible for discovering influencers, coordinating with creators, managing collaborations, and supporting influencer marketing campaigns for multiple brands.
- Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify relevant influencers and content creators.
- Reach out to influencers through Instagram, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations from start to finish.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and manage communication with influencers.
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign records.
- Coordinate content briefs, deliverables, deadlines, and approvals.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure timely content delivery.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, creators, and emerging influencers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
- RequirementsFresher / 0–1 year experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in communicating with influencers and clients.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Active knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple brands and campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
What We’re Looking ForSomeone who is confident, well-spoken, organized, and comfortable talking to new people. You should be able to communicate professionally with influencers and build relationships with creators.
