Role के बारे में
हमें ऐसा Content Writer चाहिए जो blogs और web content खुद लिख सके — ऐसा content जो Google पर rank करे और पढ़ने वाले को असल में value दे. हमारे लिए quantity से ज़्यादा quality मायने रखती है.
आप क्या करेंगे
- Education, exam-preparation और EdTech topics पर long-form blogs, landing page copy और product content लिखना
- Keyword research करना (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Ubersuggest) और उसके हिसाब से content plan बनाना
- On-page SEO — title tag, meta description, heading structure, internal linking, image alt text, URL slug
- मौजूदा blogs का performance देखकर उन्हें update/optimize करना
- Search Console और Analytics से data पढ़कर अगला content decide करना
- Competitor content का analysis करके बेहतर version तैयार करना
हमें कैसा candidate चाहिए
- अच्छी Hindi और English writing — दोनों में clear, simple, natural tone
- SEO fundamentals की practical समझ (सिर्फ theory नहीं)
- WordPress पर publishing का experience
- Research की आदत — किसी भी नए topic पर पढ़कर authority के साथ लिख सकें
- Deadlines पर काम, बिना बार-बार follow-up के
AI Usage को लेकर हमारी policy (ज़रूर पढ़ें)

AI का इस्तेमाल आप research, outline या grammar check के लिए कर सकते हैं, लेकिन actual draft आपका अपना लिखा होना चाहिए — आपकी अपनी voice, अपने examples, अपनी research में. जो लोग ChatGPT का output copy-paste करके देते हैं, वो कृपया apply न करें. Hiring से पहले और उसके बाद भी हम content की originality check करते हैं.
