Inside Sales Executive

Lumbyn Energy is a growing rooftop solar company serving homeowners and small businesses across Bihar and Jharkhand. We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling) for our Patna office.

This is a phone-first, target-driven role. You will spend the day on calls - calling fresh leads (from our website, Facebook ads and referrals), explaining rooftop solar and government subsidy in simple Hindi, qualifying interest, and booking site visits for our field team. Responsibilities:

• High volume of daily outbound and inbound calls to leads and assigned lists.
• - Explain solar benefits and government subsidy in Hindi; qualify interest, roof space and budget.
• - Book site visits for the field team (primary target); follow up across the funnel.
• - Maintain clean records in the calling CRM; hit daily and weekly call and visit targets.

Requirements:

• 1+ year telecalling / inside sales / BPO experience (2+ years preferred).
• - Graduate; fluent, confident Hindi; resilient on the phone. Basic English a plus.
• - Based in / willing to work from Patna (on-site).
• - Own an Android smartphone (to run our calling CRM / SIM-based dialer).
• - Curiosity about solar / clean energy welcome - we train you on the product.

Compensation: Rs 16,000/month fixed + sales incentives (earning potential Rs 16,000 to Rs 25,000 per month) + Rs 24,000 annual bonus on one-year completion. Clear growth path to team-lead / field sales. Full-time, on-site, 6 days a week. Reports to Founder and CEO.
