Job Description
We’re looking for an Specialist who can own Meta Ads end-to-end and also handle the technical setup for our real estate business. You’ll manage campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure proper tracking/integration so marketing runs like a well-oiled system.
### Key Responsibilities
1. Meta Ads Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Pixel, Google Ad, Email Marketing, Organic Post,Linkedin & Instagram for lead generation, sales, and brand objectives
- Manage budgets, bidding, audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve CPL, CTR, ROAS
- Scale winners fast and cut underperformers
