Job Description

We are a content agency looking for a Video Editor to edit short and long-form videos, including video ads, for multiple platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos (Shorts, long-form, and ad creatives)
  • Add background music, sound effects, subtitles/captions, and basic motion graphics/transitions
  • Sync voiceovers with visuals and B-roll footage
  • Follow a consistent editing style/template per project
  • Deliver videos on time as per the content schedule
  • Make quick revisions based on feedback


Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar)
  • Basic understanding of pacing, cuts, and what keeps viewers watching (retention)
  • Ability to add simple text overlays, captions, and background music
  • Own laptop/PC capable of running editing software
  • Willingness to learn AI-based editing tools if not already familiar


Good to have (not mandatory):

  • Experience editing short-form/Reels-style content or ad creatives
  • Basic knowledge of thumbnail design
  • Familiarity with AI tools (voice cloning, AI video generation)

Freshers with a strong portfolio/demo reel are also welcome to apply.
