Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Daily site work supervision and labour management
  • Handling rock drilling, rock anchoring, grouting and RCC cutting activities
  • Monitoring work progress as per site requirement
  • Maintaining safety and discipline at site
  • Coordinating with engineers, operators and contractors
  • Checking machine operation like compressor, drilling machine, wire saw etc.
  • Maintaining daily work report, labour attendance and quantity details
  • Ensuring timely completion of work
  • Requirements:Experience in construction / drilling / anchoring work
  • Ability to handle labour team independently
  • Basic knowledge of civil drawings and measurements
  • Knowledge of site safety procedures
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to travel for site work
  • Preferred Experience:Rock drilling
  • Rock anchoring
  • RCC cutting
  • Railway / infrastructure projects
