फर्नीचर फैक्ट्री हेल्पर (Furniture Factory Helper) – जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन

पद का नाम: फर्नीचर फैक्ट्री हेल्पर

स्थान: Thergaon, Kalewadi Phata

अनुभव: 0 से 5 वर्ष (फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)

शिक्षा: न्यूनतम 8वीं / 10वीं पास

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities):फर्नीचर निर्माण प्रक्रिया में कारीगरों (कारपेंटर/मशीन ऑपरेटर) की सहायता करना
  • लकड़ी, प्लाई, लैमिनेट आदि सामग्री को उठाना, रखना और व्यवस्थित करना
  • मशीनों और उपकरणों को साफ-सुथरा रखना
  • कटिंग, पॉलिशिंग, पैकिंग और लोडिंग/अनलोडिंग में सहायता करना
  • तैयार फर्नीचर को सुरक्षित तरीके से पैक करना
  • फैक्ट्री में साफ-सफाई और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना
  • सुपरवाइजर द्वारा दिए गए अन्य कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करना
  • आवश्यक कौशल (Skills Required):मेहनती और जिम्मेदार होना
  • टीम में काम करने की क्षमता
  • बेसिक शारीरिक कार्य करने की क्षमता
  • समय की पाबंदी और अनुशासन
  • अतिरिक्त योग्यता (Preferred):फर्नीचर या वुडवर्क इंडस्ट्री में काम का अनुभव (यदि हो)
  • मशीनों के साथ काम करने की बेसिक जानकारी
  • वेतन और लाभ (Salary & Benefits):वेतन: ₹(कंपनी अनुसार)
  • ओवरटाइम का भुगतान
