📌 Key Responsibilities·       Deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions on the usage, maintenance, and safety procedures of power tools.

·       Counsel and mentor trainees, particularly fresh ITI graduates and working technicians, to enhance their skills and employability.

·       Provide placement support by coordinating with employers, dealers, and distributors to identify job opportunities for trained candidates.

·       Conduct visits to industry partners to understand current power tool requirements and integrate this knowledge into training programs.

Qualifications·       Proficiency in the application and maintenance of various power tools.

·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

·       Hands-on demonstration skills to effectively teach practical aspects.

·       Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

·       Problem-solving abilities and patience to address trainee queries.

·       Ability to understand, speak, and write in English; knowledge of local languages is advantageous.

💼 Experience Level Mid-Level: 1 to 6 years of relevant experience.

💰 Salary RangeApproximately ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,00,000 per annum (based on similar roles in other locations).
